The recruitment industry is difficult and there is often a hard push on the client and many of times as a client you don't feel the recruiter always understands what you need, due to their pressures. Dan does which makes him stand out, he's very much in tune with what people need, he listens to the needs and issues which is key, he is also a very nice guy to work with. I couldn't recommend him enough and is a refreshing change.
