Global Test Director – Basel 3

My client, a global bank based in London, is looking for a contract Global Test Director.

Key skills:

• Strong Global Test Director / Test Programme Manager within banking
• Experience in running testing in Global programmes (cross functions and geographies)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across geographies
• Basel 3 – desirable

Responsibilities:

• Developing, maintaining and evolving the Global programme test strategy to ensure continuous improvement and ongoing refinement to test objectives, KPIs and sign off processes, for each global go-live
• Working closely with all Global Business teams to ensure a robust and comprehensive data testing & validation approach is in place. This will include leading regular forums and workshops with London based teams to drive execution.
• Day to day management of integrated testing activities, covering plan management, status reporting and representing Finance in a range of senior management meetings.
